Wedding Pictures With Cats aka Nutty Coffee, Wedding Rings, Cake & Best Parents Ever! 

“Ahem Coffee” 

Guess what happened this morning: My coffee addicted Mom just ordered herself some instant
Hazel Coffee (cauze her coffee pads machine broke down. I reported on that earlier).

Did you know that there is instant coffee that comes in flavors like Irish Cream, Chocolat Mint,
Butterscotch, Toffee, Rasperry Love, etc. etc…

Instead of waiting for her new repaired machine she just got Amazon busy and guess what…delivery after just some couple of hours on Tuesday! I mean isn’t that even better than drones?

Amazon is good news for coffee, tea and otherwise addicted peeps
like my parents…

Where was I? Ah yes, Tuesday and 2 days after my parent’s official town hall wedding (will be reporting below!) Yesterday I was still too drowsy with the after wedding and skipped the daily
blogging! To make up for it today I chose some intensive content:)

Looks like all of my family is getting married including my parents truly.

Life just can not get better! Except one is considering the current state of the memes like
these ones:

Very odd that is indeed… very odd.

But back to the wedding!

I discovered the following 10 items on the wedding day of my parents:

1. Handsom Bridegroom: My Dad is really looking handsome in his modern suit including a leather jacket and a shirt with black lining + an oh so exquisite bow tie.

2. I’m admiring my Mom day by day, but I did not know that a simple bride’s dress can look so
gorgeous on her!

3. The ring exchange thing was more than I expected cause Mom & Dad were just soooo like in
the Hollywood movies that I know from the TV and YT and this moment captured me forever!

4. Anticipation of Stress: Stress is never good on the wedding day, but my parents almost were late for the town hall ceremony cauze Dad chatted with an old pal of his and mom was’t ready anyways. So both thought the ceremony is 11:30 until my grandma called and told them that theirs
at 10:30! Whaaaaat! I have never seen my parents get dressed and ready so quickly and like a miracle they both made it and we weren’t even late! Even the peeps from the major’s office who spoke out these sweet words to mom and dad weren’t yet there so nobody had a clue what kind of stress my parents released like 45 minutes earlier! That was pure luck sent from heaven above if you ask me!

5. Beautiful Watch for Him & Her: My parents both need a watch for better timing. Mommy always loves wearing these watches that never work cause of
sentimental value and souvenir aspects as she puts it and my Dad says he gets the time from his phone and does not support wearing a watch! Whooooh but what’s with being punctual for the own wedding? They are just so lucky that they have grandma who is an one be-on-time personality!

6. Tarte Tropezienne with Raspberries: My favorite cake is a French cake called Tarte Tropezienne (just like the name of the little town in the South of France that is known for its famous actress Brigitte Bardot) what a delightful cake and even better if it comes filled with raspberries!

7. Grandpa’s fish obsession: Granddad’s diffucult order in the restaurant had the following result. We arrived at noon at the restaurant (a delicious fish restaurant in the front of the Mediterranean Sea in Nice) and we finished like 3 hours later. Why? Cause grandpa had to order Spaghetti aux fruits de Mer as an entree instead of a main course which made our waiting time like never ending. The waiter did not understand grandpa’s logic and totally messed up the order so that granddad’s main course, the fish, like never arrived at our table. Everyone else who arrived after us left before us and then finally my dad decided that we take out Granddad’s main course and that the lunch was over. Anyways what a chaotic wedding lunch!

8. I love Carnival: We decided to take a little walk on the beach front and the old town of
Nice to look at the giant Carnival puppets that are lined up in Nice for the Nice Carnival
Parade of 2017 (pretty much like the Disney parade just the French call the puppets guignoles).
What a beautiful and colorful sight with merchants selling their beignets (a kind of
donut).

9. Bakery Lac: Dad had the glorious idea to choose the wedding cake at a famous bakery in Nice.
We chose the Tarte Tropezienne! These Lak cakes looked all so appetizing with gold and silver decorations and lots of yummie chocolate…miam miam…

…but I only got a little finger licking from mom cauze she says otherwise I produce a little catastropy in the rest room which is kind of true. Recently she had to wash me up a lot cauze I do enjoy my joghurt just a bit toooo much and she just can’t resist my kitten cuteness and my light blue eyes that I use to my advantage!

10. Love = Red: We drove home with our beautiful little car all in metallic red that Dad rented for this Love Wedding hence the color red!

11. Home: Home is the best place! There is no better place than home because at home everyone can relax and be themselves and here is were we enjoyed the rest of the wedding day!

12. Dad’s After Wedding Surprise: My dad had another little surprise for Mom cause she thought we were going to spend Sunday together doing a little walk on the beach and other zen stuff, but he totally confused her with his plans. My dad kind of has this “Jack Shepard” personality you know the guy from the TV series Lost. So he accepted to do some work on Sunday to save someone. What a sorrow for Mom and I so what did Mom do? Instead of enjoying the rest of the cake with me she decided to clean house but in the literal sense cause she thought like everything was so dirty from the day before…which I can not confirm cause I like a little personal touch when it comes to smell, order and organization….yeah

…but noone asked Poussy for his opinion…

… sometimes stuff just does NOT work as expected. 🙁

so I got myself into a long sleeping dream and when I woke up Dad was back and we cuddled
and enjoyed the rest of the cake like a real family. I just have the best parents ever!
